Job Title: Office Manager Location: Manor Royal, Crawley (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
The Role We’re looking for a proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Crawley office. Acting as the hub of the team, you’ll handle daily operations, support management, and ensure the office is organised, efficient, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities *Manage office supplies, facilities, and relationships with suppliers.
*Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and admin.
*Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments.
*Track expenses and assist with basic budget management.
*Oversee onboarding and maintain employee records.
*Organise team events and foster a positive workplace culture.
