Sutterton, Boston, Lincolnshire

Due to success within their sector, they are now seeking a Logistics Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee the efficient management of our client’s warehouse and logistics functions in Sutterton.
Specifically, you will manage 3PL contracts, stock inventory, and team development, ensuring high performance, adherence to compliance, and a safe working environment.
Your duties will also involve supervising the warehouse team, managing tasks, training, and performance reviews as well as overseeing inventory management, including movement, storage, and reconciliation of variances.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including equipment inspections and waste management
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for processes and systems
About You
To be considered as a Logistics Manager, you will need:
- Experience managing 3PL contracts and logistics operations
- Strong experience in warehouse management
- Knowledge of MRP II / ERP and despatch systems
- A counter-balance licence
- A full, valid driving licence
