Bookkeeper
Part time one day a week in office based
Southwest London
Parking
Salary £40,000 to £60,000 pro rata
Working hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Prestigious property development company based in southwest London have a new and exciting opportunity for a part time, one day a week bookkeeper to join the company on a permanent basis.
The property development company are very financially stable and offer excellent benefits including onsite parking, pension and light and airy modern offices. This is a lovely job working within a small, yet professional team who have decades of experience within the London Property market.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised accounting qualification such as AAT or similar and have worked within the property sector being familiar with monthly and quarterly revenue and professional fees.
As the bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day financial tasks.
Maintaining financial statements.
Day to day bookkeeping.
Managing accounting software.
Journal entries.
Skills and qualifications of the bookkeeper:
Experience using Xero to an advanced level
Proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and formular
Relevant certification or qualification in accounting or finance is a plus
The job title bookkeeper may also be known as accountant.
