Key Responsibilities *Overseeing and managing a small team of two fee earners.
*Handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
*Ensuring the team meets targets while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
*Supporting and mentoring team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
About You The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing.
*Have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
*Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.
