Are you an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreperson? Do you have experience with finishing?
A housing site in Ashington iis seeking to employ a full time Assistant Site Manage or Finishing Foreman to start work immediately until christmas.
The right candidate will have vast experience in finishing work and snagging houses to a strong standard.
Role
*Monday to friday
*£21- £25 per hour CIS (PAYE also available)
*ASAP
*Finishes at Christmas
Job Description
*Liaising with colleagues and clients
*Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
*Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
*Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
*Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders
*Conducting quality and safety inspections
*Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
*Maintaining quality control checks
*Coordinating teams
*Reviewing houses with a snagging list and pushing on trades teams
*Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
*Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
