Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to the loading, unloading, stocking, and building of materials. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
*Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently.
*Stock shelves and maintain an organised warehouse environment.
*Build pallets and prepare products for shipping.
*Operate warehouse management systems, to track inventory levels.
*Perform materials handling tasks with care to ensure product integrity.
*Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory records.
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
Experience
*Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
*Counterbalance licence and experience
*Ability to perform heavy lifting as and when required by the role.
*Experience with materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
*A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving is essential for success in this position.
