We are now recruiting a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join the engineering team. The role is reporting to the engineering site leader, your main tasks will be the repair and planned maintenance of our automated equipment and continuous improvement.

Description
*Perform routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimise downtime.
*Identify and resolve equipment issues using diagnostic tools and techniques across various systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
*Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan, reduce failures, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Knowledge of the following:
*pneumatics
*hydraulics
*bench fitting
*milling
*turning
*PPM (planned preventive maintenance)
*Electrical fault finding
Profile
Experience of the following:
*Die Casting
*CNC machinery fault finding and maintenance
*Robotics (ABB)
*PLC programming/interrogation
Job Offer
Salary: £35k - £43k
