Job Title: UX Research & Training Advisor
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £40-45k
Hybrid Model: 2 days a week onsite
Office Location: London (City)
About the Client and Role:
My client, a major name in the rail industry, is looking for a UX Research & Training Advisorto deliver enhancements to a passenger assistance system. This role will be key to improving the customer experience with the main aim of a more accessible railway for all.
The role can be split into two main parts:
UX Research
*Gathering detailed user-requirements
*Translating requirements into product specifications
*Ensure a customer-focused approach throughout the development life cycle
Training & Comms
*Develop a comprehensive deployment plan outlining steps, timelines, and responsibilities for the rollout of the solution
*Develop training materials and programmes to educate users on specific functionalities of the solution
*Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure users are fully prepared to use the new features effectively
*Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during the readiness phase to address any questions or issues.
Required Skills and Experience
*Prior experience in user experience research across software products, web, and/or mobile applications, along with experience with research and prototyping tools
*Experience working with Product Owners, project management teams and technology specialists in the creation of digital consumer products (eg websites and apps).
*Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including creating detailed reports, and training material
