Customer Service Representative
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week); Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £23,800 per annum

REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
*Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
*A positive attitude and a team player
