Job Description:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Duration: 12 months
Location: Warwick/Hybrid (twice per week requirement in the office)
Salary: £39000 per annum

Our client, a leading player in the Utilities industry, is seeking a highly organised and forward-thinking individual to join their team as a Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
* Extensively manage and proactively organise the Director’s diary, ensuring accurate diary management and prompt replies to meeting requests.
* Coordinate group meetings by collaborating with fellow PAs.
* Arrange travel logistics, including domestic and international flights, accommodation, ground transfers, trains, and taxis.
* Prepare for meetings by gathering and printing necessary documents and agendas.
* Screen phone calls, take messages, and promptly respond to queries.
* Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
* Escort and coordinate visitors.
* Organise both on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and events.
* Handle email correspondence and forward or reply to emails addressed to the Director.
* Manage expense reports and process invoices.
* Maintain a forward planning "virtual file" for meetings, ensuring daily and weekly documents are organised.
* Prioritise, acknowledge, and answer incoming mail and routine inquiries.
* Act as the first point of contact to support query resolution.
* Respond to stakeholders, customers, and internal queries relevant to the Director.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative.
* Flexible approach and a "can-do" attitude.
* Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
* Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to take personal responsibility for problem-solving.
* Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing multiple tasks and projects on time.
* Previous experience at executive C-suite level.
