Job Description:
Are you a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client’s facility in Trentham is currently seeking individuals like you to join their team and carry out top-quality servicing and maintenance.
Qualifications:
*GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
*An apprenticeship in engineering would be preferred, but it is not essential
*Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications
Experience:
*A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing company
*Proven track record in delivering maintenance and servicing projects
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*Proactivity and strong problem-solving abilities
*Team-working skills
*Good understanding of circuits on various machines for electrical troubleshooting
*Good understanding of mechanical properties and failure points for mechanical troubleshooting
*Knowledge of welding processes
*Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
*Strong written and numerical skills
In return for your skills and expertise, our client offers:
*A 39-hour week, Monday to Friday day shift, with an early finish on Fridays
*A competitive salary ranging from £34k to £44k per year, commensurate with experience
*Company pension scheme
