*Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
*Implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
*Lead a team of financial professionals to deliver on financial targets
*Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing and supply chain and present financial information in a concise and understandable manner
*Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
*Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and business profitability
*Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support business decisions
*Financial Accounting & Reporting
*Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Profile
The successful Finance Manager will have:
*Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Proven experience as a Finance Manager ideally within the FMCG industry or in a sales and marketing led business
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
*Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
