The Company
NW Tech are delighted to be supporting an established manufacturing company in their search for a Cross Functional Analyst.
The Role
Reporting into the IT Business Relationship Manager, this is a varied, challenging but rewarding role in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
*Provide cross-functional support and coordination throughout lifecycle of ERP and other software implementations
*Understand the responsibilities, requirements and limitations of each department - having a holistic view of the business operation
*Identify strategic systematic improvement opportunities across the business, inclusive new business ventures and change in process.
*Draft, document, review and implement all ERP system developments
*Facilitate all third-party integrations across various integration mediums
The Requirements
This is an exciting role whereby you will be required to speak with users and stakeholders globally. Full training will be provided. Key requirements include:
*Demonstrable experience in business process management, change management and software implementations
*4+ years experience of an operation ERP - SAP ECC and or S4 Hana preferred
*Commercial experience in project coordination and ERP implementations
*Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, across multiple projects, managing a variable workload.
