Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (linked to your current pay scale + UPS/TLR)

*A knowledgeable SEN teacher with experience in Autismor other SEN specialisms
*Passionate about working with children with ASD, using empathy and patience to support their individual needs
*Able to manage and adapt behaviour management techniques to each student’s requirements
*Experience with PECSis highly desirable but not essential
*Flexible, caring, and determined to help students thrive

*Manage behaviourusing strategies suited to individual students
*Support both verbal and non-verbalstudents, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
