Jewson Partnership Solutions a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager who’s as passionate about great leadership.
Hours - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
*Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
*Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations
*Build effective relationships with suppliers
*Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
*Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
*Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience
*Previous background in builder’s merchant with leadership experience
*Experience managing Warehouse, Customer Service and Drivers
*Experience working with Public Sector customers is desirable
*Knowledge of Construction, Electrical or Plumbing Trade would be helpful
*First and foremost, we always want to recruit great people that really understand our values and ways of working.

*You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.
