Waiting Staff x 3 *Hourly Rate: £12.27

*Job Type: Temporary (Event on 4th December 2024, 8am-4pm)
We are seeking three enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our team for a one-day event in Leicester. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a dynamic event setting.
Day-to-day of the role: *Greet and serve guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
*Assist in setting up the event area, including arranging tables and decorating.
*Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously.
*Provide support in the serving of food and beverages plus related kitchen and cleaning duties.
*Clear tables at the end of each service and ensure the dining area remains tidy.
*Polish cutlery and fold napkins
*Inform the Food & Beverage Supervisor of any items/issues not meeting Health & Safety and/or Food Hygiene Regulations Standards.
*Ensure the dining area and the kitchen are in a clean and hygienic condition
*Ensure food service is effective and efficient.
*Ensure all guests’ needs are met promptly during the event.
*Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event area throughout the day.
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience in a waiting or customer service role preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
*Must be available to work on the specified date and times.
