We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst who will play a crucial role in our retail operations, providing technical support to our teams across the company.

Description
*Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to employees across the company.
*Resolving service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
*Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
*Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
*Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
*Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
*Participating in IT projects as required.
*Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service desk function.
Profile
A successful Service Desk team member should have:
*An educational background in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
*Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*A good understanding of healthcare industry systems and applications.
*Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Job Offer
*£200-£250 Per Day, Depending of experience.
*Long term contract
