Job Description:
I am looking to speak to Emerging Talent Administrators/Recruitment Administrators looking for their next opportunity! This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support across various Emerging Talent programmes, ensuring smooth operations from recruitment to onboarding. Day-to-day of the role: *Manage and promptly respond to queries received in the team inbox.
*Continually build knowledge and share best practices within the team.
*Handle candidate management on recruitment systems such as Apply4Law, Taleo, and Workday, including tasks like producing rejection emails, inviting candidates to interviews, and issuing offer and reference letters.
*Assist in the administrative aspects of candidate assessment days to ensure their successful delivery.
*Maintain accurate candidate records on the HR recruitment system and internal trackers.
*Arrange payment of candidate travel expenses and support with the financial assistance process.
*Manage electronic filing on iManage.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong recruitment administration skills.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise.
*High attention to detail.
*Proactive approach to work.
*Team player with a professional and friendly manner.
