Sales Manager -Office Based – Lead a High-Performing Team!
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to oversee a dedicated team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales team
*Work cross-functionally to resolve customer and internal issues
*Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency
*Generate monthly performance reports
*Cultivate a positive, proactive team culture
*Train and Lead cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
*Maximise cold and warm calling opportunities with the Sales team
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience managing teams in a Call Centre or Internal Sales environment
*Strong leadership and team motivation skills
*Outstanding communication skills at all levels
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to work autonomously and deliver results
