�?Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Desk) at Reed Business Support (Coventry) �?
Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for connecting talented professionals with their dream careers?
Look no further! We’re seeking a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support desk in Coventry.
Role Details:
*Position: Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Desk)
*Location: Coventry (Hybrid working model)
*Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum plus bonus (open to negotiation based on recruitment experience)
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
*Engage in targeted business development, including making outbound calls.
*Attend meetings with business clients to understand their recruitment needs.
*Source suitable candidates for vacancies and manage the recruitment process.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
*Work towards targets and KPIs, using your high energy and excellent communication and listening skills to match the right people to the right opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
*An interest in sales and business development
*Strong communication and listening skills.
*Target-driven with a focus on achieving goals and KPIs.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
