Job Description:
iMultiply are working in partnership with an exciting business in North Berwick who are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant, to join the team on a 12-month basis, covering Maternity.
This is a full-time opportunity, 37,5 hours per week, based in the office and can start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process and issue sales invoices to group companies.
*Handle purchase invoices, working closely with the Procurement Team and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
*Assist with the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
Experience and Skills Required:
*Previous experience in a finance role.
*Familiarity with financial or ERP systems
*Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of invoices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong planning, organisational, and time-management abilities.
*A proactive and driven attitude.
