*Provide strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership team, offering commercial insights to drive profitability and manage risks.
*Collaborate with other departments to implement financial systems and processes that enhance efficiency and support decision-making.
The Person
Requirements as a Finance Director:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive experience in financial leadership roles.
*Proven ability to manage complex financial operations within a manufacturing or similar industry.
*Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to influence at all levels.
*Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
*Advanced knowledge of financial systems and proficiency in developing and implementing new processes.
*A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
