2nd Line IT Support Engineer

£27,000 - £32,000
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client base.
*Supporting onsite client operations alongside remote troubleshooting.
*Assisting with escalations from 1st line support to ensure swift resolutions.
*Offering clear, communicative technical support to clients via email, phone, and in person.
*Collaborating with internal teams to enhance IT systems and resolve technical issues.
Tech Requirements:
*Active Directory
*Office 365
*Windows Server and/or Apple OS
*Networking and VOIP
*Hardware setups and troubleshooting
