Are you a S.12A Approved Consultant approved under the Mental Health Act 1983?
We are seeking experienced and qualified doctors to conduct remote Mental Health Assessments and provide expert reports in high-profile legal cases.
Case Overview:
*Client Status: Detained in HMP
*Charges: TBC
*Client Background: Varies
Role Requirements (S.12A Approved Consultant):
*Conduct a mental health assessment remotely via MS Teams or Google Meet.
*Provide an addendum report addressing whether a hospital order should be made, and if so, whether it should include restrictions.
*Work alongside another appointed doctor to meet court requirements.
Key Details:
*Assessment Date/Time: TBC
*Rate: £900-£1000 per assessment and report.
