Job Description:
WE Talent are working with a valued client who are looking for a full-time Data & Stock Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills who thrives on analysing data and managing stock, ensuring seamless operations within the customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Order Processing: Enter and manage customer orders, with attention to product codes, quantities, and deadlines.
*Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages, and coordinate with team members to prevent issues and ensuring optimal stock levels both in-house and with clients.
*Customer Service Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to address client enquiries and resolve issues related to product orders and stock.
*Cross-Department Liaison: Work closely with other departments to align stock control efforts and facilitate smooth operations across the business.
*Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyse data using Excel to generate and run reports. Ensure information is up-to-date and accurate for business reporting and stock control.
Requirements:
*Excel Expertise: Intermediate Excel skills, including data sorting, pivot tables, and basic formula use.
*SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
*Stock Management experience: Proven experience in stock or inventory management, emphasising attention to detail and accuracy.
*Communication Skills: Confident working with other departments and liaising with clients as needed.
