Job Description:

The Role
Reporting to a senior finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making, implementing new processes, and collaborating across various departments. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Management & Reporting
*Budgeting, forecasting, and preparing consolidated management accounts for multiple entities.
*Ownership of AP, AR, and GL processes while upskilling and mentoring a small finance team.
*Month-end P&L variance analysis and internal management reporting.
Strategic Projects
*Driving technology transformation and managing project costs, benefits, and post-implementation performance.
*Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver operational performance monitoring and business-critical insights.
*Developing and implementing new processes, internal controls, and systems to enhance efficiency.
Business Partnering
*Partnering with senior stakeholders, including department heads and external partners, to influence strategic decisions.
*Providing commercial analysis and evidence-based recommendations to drive performance.
*Monitoring ongoing projects and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Person
Requirements as a Finance Business Partner
*Professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
*Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
*Strong leadership abilities to foster a positive team culture and support team development.
*Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and manipulate large datasets.
*A track record of adding value through strategic decision-making and innovation.

*£50,000 - £55,000 DOE and negotiable
