Job Description:
Internal Account Manager
I am working with a market leader in conveyancing products and services. They are a dynamic, fast-growing company looking for an Internal Account Manager who is passionate, ambitious, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Day-to-day of the role of the internal account manager:
*Manage and retain an account portfolio to exceed growth targets.
*Identify opportunities for account growth by engaging new users, winning back competitive accounts, and gaining referrals.
*Develop and execute a consultative sales strategy.
*Ensure effective implementation of all new customers to guarantee ongoing usage and growth.
*Deliver against all agreed company and department KPIs and service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the internal account manager:
*Proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales role with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*A basic understanding of professional account selling.
*Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

*Salary £24000, commission up to additional £10000
