Job Description:

The Finance Manager will play an instrumental role in shaping the financial operations of the business, contributing to its strategic vision and long-term success.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
*Oversee accurate financial record keeping, including sales and purchase invoices, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
*Prepare monthly management accounts and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring performance.
*Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
*Lead the preparation of annual budgets, trading and cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
*Produce VAT returns, maintain bank reconciliations, and update the fixed asset register.
*Provide financial guidance and reports to non-finance team members.
*Manage payroll preparation.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
*Proven experience in a similar finance management role.
*Strong technical expertise in financial record keeping, reporting, and budgeting.
*Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
