Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Loughton Area, are looking to employ a Senior Lettings Negotiator. They are extremely well established within the local area and looking to build upon their success.  
The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
*Up to £25,000 Basic
*On Target Earnings of £40,000
*20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
*Career Progression with an opportunity to progress into Assistant Management position  
*Fantastic Commission Package
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 17:00
Lieu day for Saturday worked
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
*Experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Organised and have the ability to manage your own workload
*Ability to work in a team-based environment
*Full UK Driving License
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
*Booking Market Appraisals
*Attending Market Appraisals
*Dealing with offers
*Booking viewings
*Registering applicants
*Canvassing
*Prospecting potential leads
