Club Manager – Kensington 
 
We are recruiting for a private Spa Health & Fitness club in South West London to find a motivated and experienced Club Manager. If you you are an experienced Fitness or Gym manager looking to step up or a Health Club Manager looking for a new challenge, this is an incredible opportunity to take charge of a vibrant facility, drive memberships, enhance guest experiences. 
 
As the Club Manager, your role will be pivotal in the club’s operations and member satisfaction. You will:
*Implement and drive a monthly membership sales plan.
*Lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service.
*Maintain up-to-date Health & Safety records.
*Oversee all Spa plant checks and tasks.
*Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns.
*Ensure financial performance meets the annual business plan.
*Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
*Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Experience and Qualifications 
*1 year of management experience in a similar setting.
*Level 3 Personal training 
*Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
*Experience is a pool or spa environment beneficial 
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + Bonus
Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 out of 7 days on a shift rotation
