.KEY DUTIES
*Lead quant workstreams independently, ensuring minimal supervision and efficient delivery.
*Conduct quant research, with basic knowledge of other research methodologies for context.
*Collaborate and coordinate efforts seamlessly with the broader team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*3-4 years of full-time experience for junior level / 5-10 years of full-time experience for senior level
*Proficient in advanced formulas, advanced pivots, and Excel modelling.
*Desirable skills include SPSS syntax, R, or Python, with basic storytelling abilities.
