.KEY DUTIES
*Lead and expand the qualitative research team, integrating behavioural science into all projects
*Manage client relationships, driving business development with behavioural science-focused proposals
*Collaborate on marketing, strategy, and sales planning, highlighting the agency’s expertise in behavioural insights
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Expertise in qualitative research with a strong understanding of behavioural science
*Proven success in winning business and leading research that incorporates behavioural frameworks
*Experience leading teams and mentoring researchers in the application of behavioural insights
