Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join a well-regarded independent Lettings Agency based in the Cambridge area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, offering an excellent salary package, career development, and a positive working environment.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
*Up to £40,000 Basic Salary

Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
*Property Maintenance – Coordinating maintenance issues by liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
*Check-Ins – Arranging and managing check-ins for new tenants.
*Property Inspections – Conducting regular inspections to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
*Tenant and Landlord Communication – Building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.
To Be Considered for This Role:
*At least 6 months of experience as a Property Manager
*ARLA Qualification (ideally)
*Knowledge of ALTO
*Own Car and Full Driving License
*Professional Attitude – Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
