HR Advisor | Hybrid Role | Up to £45,000 + Career Growth | North West London

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide first-line HR support and comprehensive advice across the business, escalating complex issues as necessary.

*Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, ensuring adherence to timelines.
*Collaborate with managers and staff to resolve HR challenges effectively.
*Review payroll processes to ensure accuracy (no payroll processing required).
Key Skills & Experience Required:
*CIPD Level 3 or above
*Proven experience advising line managers on employee relations and employment law.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
*Passionate about HR, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
