Job Description:
Part-Time Administrator
20 hour per week
Mon-Fri 4 hours per day
Based in Milton Keynes
Temporary to Permanent
An exciting opportunity to join a small team offering administrative and social media support. A varied role working closely with the team and the public, delivering a helpful and passionate customer service.
*Use of social media to include Instagram, X and Facebook
*Creating and uploading stories, details of events and use of poster type images for all social media sites
*Knowledge of social media platforms, previous experience of managing posts and responses
*Use of mailchimp for the e-newsletter, delivering on content and imagery for these documents
*Answering calls to the public, taking messages and dealing with general enquiries
*Assisting with reception cover, first point of contact for drop ins, dealing with deliveries and general enquiries
*Providing information packs and general documentation
Confident communication skills, the ability to provide helpful solutions. Good written communication is paramount, the ability to engage, attract a wider audience with a creative flair.
An eye for detail, accuracy and solution driven.
