Duties and Responsibilities:
*Deliver various working-at-height projects according to job specifications.
*Follow method statements, risk assessments, and safety regulations.
*Analyze and resolve mechanical/technical problems efficiently.
*Prioritize safety in all tasks.
*Accurately complete all PDA works promptly.
*Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and contractors.
*Maintain and care for all company equipment and materials.
*Uphold a professional company image with corporate clothing and a clean company van.

Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience in fall protection and working at heights.
*Strong planning and problem-solving skills with risk management experience.
*Skilled in installing roof access safety systems such as Latchways, Capital Safety systems, abseil anchors, davit systems, handrails, and eyebolts.
*Team player with a flexible, dynamic approach.
*Full valid driving license essential.
*Experience in team supervision or management with a track record of providing training and coaching.
*Engineering/installation background with proficiency in using small hand tools and battery-operated tools.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
*Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
*Knowledgeable in work at height PPE and associated equipment.
