A leading global manufacturer of premium baby products, is seeking a full-time eCommerce Marketing Manager to support growth and enhance the digital commerce landscape across the UK and ROI.
The role will involve managing all ecommerce strategies from development through to execution, with ownership of key accounts including Amazon and Boots.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing share of voice with the target audience, and managing marketing ad spend across platforms such as Amazon, Boots, the company’s website, and other key marketplaces.
This company is recognised for its production and distribution of baby care products. The role can offer flexible working hours and is 2 days office / 3 days from home.
Description
The eCommerce Manager (Amazon + Boots) will:
*Website for the brand
*Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to increase online sales.
*Work closely with the marketing team to optimise online marketing campaigns.
*Monitor and analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of eCommerce strategies.
*Collaborate with web developers to improve website functionality and user experience.
*Oversee the management of product listings and maintain the accuracy of online product catalogues.
*Analyse Profitero conversion data and present to key stakeholders
*Optimise Product Listings on Amazon / Boots
*Review Slow Movers and discuss Exit Strategies
*Build relationships with online retailers and negotiate contracts to increase product visibility.
*Stay current with eCommerce trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
*Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
A successful eCommerce Manager (Amazon + Boots) should have:
*Strong knowledge of Amazon and eCommerce Industry and Best Practice
*Trackrecord of increasing Sales and ROAS across online marketplace
*Strong analytical and campaign planning skills!
*Proficient knowledge of online marketing (Amazon) and retail platforms (Boots).
*Strong analytical skills to interpret eCommerce data and experience on Platforms i.e. Brand Bank / Bazaar Voice
*Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
*Superior negotiation skills to secure beneficial contracts.
