Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Location: Barnsley area

Your Role: *Provide essential support for students with SEN, helping them feel valued and confident in their learning.
*Assist with personalized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet individual student needs.
*Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage active participation and engagement.
*Champion inclusivity and help boost students’ independence and self-confidence.
*Work alongside teachers to foster a positive and dynamic classroom atmosphere.
