IT & AV Analyst

*Use the IT Service Management tool (ITSM) to log, track, and escalate incidents as needed.
*Own the resolution process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Proactively manage inbound support requests and escalate complex issues appropriately.
IT & AV Analyst Essential Skills: *Technical Expertise: Strong AV troubleshooting skills with knowledge of video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom), hardware (laptops, mobiles), and Microsoft Office 2016/365.
*Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a flexible, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
*Professional Experience: Minimum 6 months’ IT help desk support experience in a high-pressure professional services environment, ideally legal.
*Desirable: Familiarity with ITIL best practices, legal-specific software, and AV-specific hardware setups for professional environments.
