Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
*Road Knowledge: Utilize your extensive knowledge of road networks to ensure efficient transportation planning.
*Documentation: Handle the preparation and management of CMRs and GMRs.
*Customs Entries: Manage export and import entries, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
*Billing and Invoicing: Raise documents and process billing accurately. Check purchase invoices for accuracy.
*Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
*Learning and Development: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge in freight and logistics.
*Occasional Exports and Air Freight: Assist with air freight operations as needed.
*Software Proficiency: Use Cites, Sequoia, Boxtop, and COD Commerce for various logistics tasks.
*Driving: Must be a driver to facilitate transportation and logistics operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Strong understanding of road networks and logistics.
*Experience with CMRs, GMRs, and customs entries.
*Proficient in raising documents and handling billing processes.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
*Experience with export and import entries.
*Familiarity with logistics software such as Cites, Sequoia, Boxtop, and COD Commerce.
*Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
