You will lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide analysts to deliver solutions that meet organisational goals. Key Responsibilities
*Provide leadership and mentorship to application analysts, ensuring their growth and success.
*Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
*Oversee the application lifecycle, ensuring efficient development, maintenance, and eventual retirement of systems.
*Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
*Manage and resolve complex technical issues while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
*Evaluate and optimise applications to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the software development lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience:
*A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with relevant certifications.
*Proven experience in application analysis, development, and support roles.
*Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
*Experience in managing complex projects with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
*Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to technical solutions.
