Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant 
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + comms of up to 50% + bonuses 
Where: City of London
When: Monday - Friday / Fully office based

Duties:

*Use sales and business development experience to attract business from new clients
*Manage and maintain all client relationships 
*Develop a good understanding of client companies, their work culture and environment 
*Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates 
*Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships
*Advertise vacancies by drafting adverts and job descriptions 
*Qualify and register top calibre candidates
*Conduct interview confirmations on behalf of the client along with interview confirmation packs
*Manage interview bookings with client and candidate 
*Negotiate salaries and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates
*Work towards, and exceed, targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
*Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
What is needed:

*Proven experience within a recruitment or sales based role 
*Knowledge of the finance industry is desirable, but not essential 
*Graduate level 
*Ambitious and determined to succeed
*Confident to speak to 5* clients and candidates 
*Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal 
*Goal orientated
