Customer Support Administrator / Customer Service Admin Assistant withgood administrative, communication, data entry and time-management skills, is required for a well-established Company based in Allscott, Telford, West Midlands.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 40 hour per week. A flexible approach to your hours will be essential to meet the seasonality of the business
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator / Customer Service Admin Assistantwithgood administrative, communication, data entry and time-management skills.
Working as the Customer Support Administrator / Customer Service Admin Assistantyou will be required to deliver a highly professional Amenity Customer Support service with outstanding levels of customer service throughout sales administration, order processing and aftersales service support.
As the Customer Support Administrator / Customer Service Admin Assistantyou will be office-based reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential along with an efficient and professional approach to your work, operating to set standards and outlined performance expectations.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Support Administrator / Customer Service Admin Assistantwill include:
*Ensure accurate and efficient order processing to expected timescales
*Ensure ownership on all customer enquiries, telephone and email, from initial contact to resolution including investigating potential issues
*Input of accurate customer data into the CRM system
*Carry out all administrative processes associated with national and international deliveries
*Liaise and communicate regularly with all relevant internal departments including but not limited to, Finance, Depot and Warehousing, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing
*Maintain full compliance with all legislation including GDPR
*Raising direct purchase orders, booking invoices in and invoice queries
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
*Ability to demonstrate a first-class Customer Service experience is essential
*Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
*High attention to detail
*Can-do attitude
*Excellent organisational and administration skills
*Ability to demonstrate tenacity and resilience when working under pressure
*Calm in a fast-paced environment
*Team player - keen to support colleagues
