Job Description
*Ensures compliance with business operating system.
*Developing & maintaining the Health & Safety standards on site.
*Providing the business with an extensive engineering technical knowledge.
*Ensures site infrastructure is maintained.
*Perform all necessary plans Start up Procedures and Shutdown Procedures.
*Perform all necessary daily, monthly, annual, or biannual checks.
*Participate in Business Improvement events, the businesses continuous improvement tool.
*Completion of the Preventative Maintenance plan.
*Develops site services to improve machine downtime.
*Operate Engineering Department machinery.
*Liaise with BI Team ensuring Document changes to Standard Operating Procedures.
*Report any Health & Safety hazards or discrepancies to the Engineering Supervisor.

Qualifications/ Experience/Skills
*Time-served apprentice / HNC Mechanical Engineering
*Minimum 3 years working within a manufacturing environment
*Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
