Job Description:
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Property Compliance coordinator to join our team for a hybrid role based in the North West. You will be responsible for managing and implementing statutory testing obligations and planned preventative maintenance programs in line with the guidance and support of the Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and instruct contractors in the delivery of compliance programs within defined KPI’s.
- Manage the CAFM system, the loading, and audit of certification in the Property Management System.
- Proactively manage and resolve any notices or communication with local authorities and/or statutory consultees in regard to statutory matters
- Actively support the issue of compliance certification for "Safe-Start" compliance on licensee changes providing confirmation for all agreement changes where required in a timely manner.
- Audit Compliance Contractors use of CAFM system, service delivery, and SLA’s.
- Provide Compliance Contractor reviews and manage their performance on site and in their office location.
- Actively highlight and review changes in statutory compliance legislation providing impact guidance to consultees.
- Undertake cost validation audits on required testing remedials.
What you’ll need to succeed
Skills and Experience:- Property Compliance experience - programming, management, legislation, and delivery
- Excel skills essential
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualified or working towards
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisational skills and ability to work to tight timescales
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective minute writing skills
- Knowledge of statutory legislation
- Flexibility to cover other department tasks or assist as required
- Excellent customer service
- Good team player
- Able to manage difficult conversations
