Job Description:
This Leading Property Agent in Newcastle are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their supportive Property Management Team.This is a full-time permanent position in based Newcastle.
Job
Primary duties of the Property Manager position include, but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of properties
Complete check-ins and check-outs to the company standard
Carry out periodic inspections
Log all works required following check-outs and any required administration
Deposit correspondence between all parties and the releasing of deposits
Compile and submit deposit disputes
Compose landlord inspection letters following visits
Ensure all properties are maintained to the required levels
Helping to oversee and the service of all legal notices
Compiling floorplans
Completing licensing applications and renewals
Carry out emergency property visits when required
Oversee all refurbishments
Increase the standards of the property portfolio
Out of hours on call rota (1 week in every 6 - operating until 21:00 on evenings)
Having the skills to build close relationships with Landlord’s is crucial
Experience
The successful candidate must have experience of working in the Property Management sector
Have excellent attention to detail and strive to increase the standards of the property portfolio, whilst keeping effective records and documentation.
Be pro-active and a proven problem solver.
Be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Offer a high level of flexibility due to the nature of the position.
Remuneration
£30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
