Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accountancy practice, with a blend of compliance and client advisory experience. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in client relationship management and practice management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
*Provide expert compliance and advisory services to clients.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
*Oversee practice management tasks, including workflow management and team coordination.
*Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the client base.
*Ensure all client work is completed accurately and on time, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an accountancy practice in the UK
*Proven experience in compliance and client advisory roles.
*Strong client relationship management skills.
*Excellent practice management capabilities.
*Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) are highly desirable
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
