Job Description:
Global energy company with a market leading position and a reputation for having an innovative approach. They have enjoyed sequential years of growth, due to organic and acquisitive means, and hold a dominant position in several of the international markets that it operates within.
The Group HR function is recruiting a dynamic, progressive HR Manager to work at the heart of the business. As the Group HR Manager, you will join an immediate team of eight and work with the wider HR and CoE teams across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with a small, intellectual customer group on all people matters and support their business needs. You will also work closely with the C&B team to drive change as well as the analysts to identify trends to enable business decisions. You will also focus on talent initiatives, notably early careers, and have the opportunity to lead the ESG approach for the firm.
With this role being in a Group function, it is imperative that you can demonstrate excellent stakeholder influence and partnering skills. You will be a proven HR Partner and, due to the breadth and challenge of the role, you will likely have experience in reward projects, or at least be numerate and accustomed to working with data, and have exposure to talent matters. You will be motivated to improve current practices and own your own projects.
Joining an excellent HR team and reporting to a forward-thinking HR leader, you will earn a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 and a competitive pack.
