Key Responsibilities *Lead the operational management of a nationwide BTR portfolio.
*Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational reporting to achieve cost efficiencies.
*Drive the successful mobilization of new sites while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site inspections.
*Oversee escalated complaints and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
*Develop and mentor a team of senior managers, facilities teams, and estate staff.
