Financial Accountant
Location: Nottingham

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial processes, including:
*Coordinating the month-end close, ensuring reconciliations and control sign-off.
*Assisting with group reporting and intercompany processes.
*Preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
*Assisting with tax functions and managing cost centres.
*Improving financial controls and collaborating with the Genpact R2R team.
*Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified or working towards qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
*Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks.
*Ability to manage challenging stakeholders with influence and impact.
